Hygiene

• Before using the pool, thoroughly soap and wash your hair and body without swimwear.
• Make-up, creams and hair products must be washed off before using the pool.
• After using the toilet, you need to wash again.
• If you have foot warts or athlete's foot, you may only use the swimming pool if it is under treatment and there is no risk of infection.
• If you suffer from infectious diseases, you must not use the swimming pool.

How to dress

• Children who are not clean must wear a swim diaper (Swim diapers are available at the information desk)
• All guests must wear clean swimwear. Underwear is not accepted as swimwear.

Behavior

• We want all guests to have a good experience at Haraldslund. Therefore, we expect a positive tone with respect for differences. If you have any challenges, the staff should always be contacted. 
• Staff instructions must be followed at all times.
• You are not allowed to run in the swimming pool.
• Intoxicated or under the influence guests are not welcome in Haraldslund and can be expelled at any time.
• Smoking, snuff or tobacco-like products are not allowed throughout Haraldslund. This also applies in our outdoor area.
• Adults and parents are always responsible for their children. 
• Teachers, educators and parents are recommended to be in the water with the children.
• Swimming, playing and using the swimming pool is at your own risk.
• We reserve the right at all times to expel persons who do not comply with staff instructions. There will be no refunds of tickets, cards or anything else. 

Other

• There is always min. one lifeguard present during public opening hours at Haraldslund. 
• Clothing, shoes and valuables in the changing rooms are stored at your own risk.
• Children aged 7 years and older must use the gender-segregated changing rooms.
• Access to outdoor wellness only for children over 5 years old. Children aged 5-12 years are only allowed in the wellness area with an adult and under the condition that they respect that it is a wellness area. 
• Visits to Haraldslund are always at your own risk. Children under the age of 10 must always be supervised by an adult.
• Phones, tablets, computers or similar with built-in cameras must be stored in the locker in the changing room.
• Photography and filming is not allowed in the swimming pool, wellness and changing rooms

Forgotten cases

All abandoned items found in Haraldslund are collected in "find yourself baskets" in the swimming pool. These baskets are emptied every Friday. Valuables (jewelry, electronics, phones, wallets, etc.) are stored in the information desk. Haraldslund does not accept responsibility for abandoned items.   

Violation of the above as well as threats, violence and abusive behavior towards staff or other guests will result in expulsion and/or quarantine from Haraldslund Water and Culture House. In the event of expulsion or quarantine, no refunds will be given for tickets/clip cards.

- The closing times indicate when the pools are called out.
- Please note that ticket sales close one hour before the pools.

Closing days
We are open seven days a week all year round, with the exception of swimming competitions and maintenance and
on December 24, 25, 26, 31 and January 1.
