If you are a pensioner or disability pensioner, you must be able to present your pensioner card/letter and photo ID upon request.

Refunds of vouchers are made according to the following rules:

  • Vouchers are valid for 5 years
  • Clip cards can be refunded up to 12 months after the original expiration date
  • Clip cards are refunded by the customer paying the full price for used clips and having any remaining amount paid out
  • Corporate tickets, gift cards and replacement cards are non-refundable
