Regulations for lending and renting premises

• When lending or renting halls and meeting rooms, you are responsible for setting up and taking down tables, chairs or other setup.
• Used dishes from the kitchen are washed / the dishwasher is started and everything is cleaned up and put in cupboards after use.
• Floors in halls and meeting rooms are swept.
• All waste is removed.
• There is a large container behind Haraldslund in the parking lot that is used for this purpose.
• Bodybike bikes must not be moved.
• Cancellation of booking without charge must be made no later than 14 days before.
• The premises may not be borrowed or rented for activities whose purpose is agitation, treatment, preaching or propagation of superstition, and they may not be borrowed/rented for parties, bingo games and the like.
• You are not allowed to bring your own food into our premises. All catering must be ordered and settled with Haraldslund. 

Rental regulations and prices are calculated based on the current rules and prices for Aalborg Municipality's Leisure Area.

When booking, the following information must be provided:

• Association name/company name
• Contact person
• Email/phone
• CVR no. or CPR no. in relation to invoice/payment.

Who can rent premises in Haraldslund

• Folk education associations that are approved by the Folk Education Committee in Aalborg Municipality can rent meeting rooms in Haraldslund. This also applies to associations that could be approved as non-formal adult education associations but do not apply for subsidies.
  These associations can rent the rooms at the rate under approved associations. See the list of approved associations here
• Private individuals and others who wish to use the premises for non-formal adult education activities or teaching.
  These associations can rent the premises at the private rate.
• The premises can be used for meetings, lectures, teaching and similar as well as cultural activities of a non-commercial nature. Lectures with admission are permitted.
• A contact person must be provided as well as a CVR number or social security number for invoicing.
