Terms and conditions of sale and delivery

Payment options:

On our website you can pay with Dankort, Visa/Visa Electron/V Pay, MasterCard/Maestro, JCB, Diners/Discover. 

All major credit cards, gift cards and cash can be used to pay in the café.

Return/exchange policy:

You have the option to cancel your purchase from our swimwear range within 14 days. As a rule, there is no right of withdrawal on purchases of events and one-off events. Please contact us at haraldslund@aalborg.dk if you wish to refund a purchase.

Prices:

All prices are incl. 25% VAT. Reservations are made for: price increases, currency changes, force majeure, tax changes, changes in team descriptions and printing errors.

Sign up for classes:

Once you have selected the class you want, go to the checkout. When you have entered your information and are about to enter the payment section, your bank details will only be sent to PBS - we will then receive a transaction number via PBS, which we can use to withdraw the money when the order is processed. Your information is sent encrypted so that no one else can read it except PBS. 

Purchase swimming tickets and vouchers:

Single tickets and vouchers for swimming and/or exercise can be purchased at our information desk, which follows the building's opening hours. 

Validity of vouchers:

10, 20 and 40 hour cards have a validity of 5 years from the date of purchase (from 1/1 2024)

Buying corporate tickets:

The order form can be filled out and sent directly via our website.
Tickets must be picked up when they are ready. It usually takes max. 3 working days from ordering.
Payment is made in cash or via electronic invoice. CPR/CVR must be provided to send an invoice.

Buying Gift Cards:

Gift cards for Haraldslund can be purchased in person at the information desk
