About saunagus
Saunagus is an aroma-therapeutic experience where you de-stress while you get renewed energy, increased well-being, supple skin and not least cleansing in the body, a very healthy and wonderful experience for body and soul.
The composition of the essential oils and the heat from the sauna, supplemented by the occasional cold shivers, have a positive effect on the circulatory system, increasing blood circulation.
The skin, the body's largest organ, absorbs 70% of moisture, while the remaining 30% is absorbed through inhalation. We therefore carefully select the essential oils so that they form a synergetic effect - this means that you get maximum benefit from your saunagus with us.
The "shower master" pours the essential oils mixed in water on the hot sauna stones, after which the scent, hot air and steam are distributed around the room with a towel and the shower master explains what the oil and sauna is good for.
Saunagus is also cleansing, with the loss of fluid, waste products are excreted. A saunagus session can be described as a detox (cleansing/detoxification), which is why we recommend that you continuously drink water for 2 hours after the shower.
This way you restore the body's fluid balance.

To secure your place for saunagus, you need to register as a user and book a place via our class booking. There is no cost to have a profile. You can also take a chance and show up without a booking, but in that case we cannot guarantee you a spot. You book your place here
Always remember to arrive at least 15 min. before your class starts, otherwise we reserve the right to resell your spot.
Sauna fees are always paid at the information desk upon arrival.
