Inquiries are answered Monday - Friday between 6.30 - 16.00. Inquiries to the gym after 16:00 can be expected to be answered the following weekday

Monday - Thursday 6.30am - 8.30pm

Friday 6.30 - 18.00

Cancellation on 25 20 67 80 via call or SMS - no later than 3 hours before the booked time
