Switching

The class is ideal for those who need variety in their usual strength training, those who are not into strength training on their own, or those who "just" want to try a good workout.

Switching is standing training in machines where each machine focuses on a specific part of the body.

When training standing, you will need to stabilize your body in all machines via the abdominal/back muscles and pelvic floor, which in the long run gives you a great posture and a well-trained body corset.

All exercises in the Switching machines resemble natural movement patterns: pushing, pulling, lifting etc. Therefore, this training not only gives you a more toned/firm body, but also a stronger body in the natural movements you do in everyday life.

Switching is based on the circle training principle, which means that you work intensively at one station/machine for a given time and then switch to the next station/machine. All participants work on different activities most of the time.

It always starts with a short introduction to the Switching machines and warm-up, and the instructor will always make sure you perform the exercises correctly to get the most out of your workout.

For everyone, but if you've never trained before, we recommend that you make the instructor aware of this before the class starts.
