This class is for those who want to get a little extra out of group training.
We will work with a combination of equipment such as weights, bands and body bars, with pulse rates between exercises. The focus of the class is to work the body as a whole, with special emphasis on abs, glutes and arms.
We want to make toning up a harder and more effective workout than body toning, so expect sweat and sore muscles the day after training!
We will start with a thorough warm-up followed by combinations of strength and circuit training. The class ends with a good stretching of the muscles.
For everyone, but if you are new to the class, we recommend that you have a little chat with the instructor so that any minor injuries and weaknesses can be taken into account.
