Jumping Fitness

Jumping fitness is a combination of fast and slow jumps, variations of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and power sports elements. The complexity of the exercises guarantees that the whole body will be strengthened. jumping fitness is 3 times more effective than jogging, which is partly due to the constant change in gravity where more than 400 muscles are tensed and relaxed simultaneously. This is more than most other endurance sports.

The body's 400 muscles are working at full speed - it's energetic and tough. You train for 1 hour, but of course the pace goes up and down, for example with strength training and balance exercises to catch your breath.

You can book JUMPING FITNESS on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday via our online class schedule.
