Hatha

Yoga is for everyone who wants increased well-being.
Do you want to be supple and supple like in your younger days. Do you want to learn to focus on your breathing and reduce stress. Do you want to practice yoga in a safe space where there is room for beginners and more experienced yoga participants. You want a class where you can work up a sweat and let go of tension. We have room for an informal atmosphere where we can laugh.
Everyone can join, we have a good mix of exercises focusing on stretching and flexibility, strength exercises, stability exercises, balance and breathing exercises. All classes end with a relaxation session to get you back into gear.
Remember, in a yoga class you do what you can, there are no requirements and no set answers. Your workout depends on how you feel on the day. And you don't have to know yoga to participate. You'll be guided and adjusted along the way so you get the most out of the class. We do the classic Hatha yoga in the class.
The instructor has seen how cyclists, runners and soccer players have benefited from supplementing their training with yoga. So come and bring your neighbor, teammate or colleague.

NOTE Bring a long towel or a fabric strap from your bathrobe.
