Core, Stability & Strength

Effective and intensive training of both the inner and outer back and abdominal muscles
Strong "core" muscles are essential for a strong body and a better posture.
If you have a bad back and/or suffer from lower back pain, your pain can be reduced by properly training the abdominal and back muscles.
In this class, along with abdominal and back training, there are also elements of light strength training and balance training to strengthen the body's large joints and muscles and create more stability.
